Driver - East Java
We are seeking a reliable and professional Driver to join our transportation team in East Java. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will ensure the safe and timely delivery of goods while maintaining the highest standards of vehicle maintenance and customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining company vehicles, adhering to all safety regulations and traffic laws. You will also be expected to manage your route efficiently, ensuring timely deliveries and excellent customer service. This is a full-time position offering a salary range of Rp 3,500,000 to Rp 5,000,000 per month.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Operate and maintain company vehicles, including trucks and vans, in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Plan and manage delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with company safety protocols.
- Perform regular vehicle inspections and report any issues to the maintenance team.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate and optimize delivery schedules.
- Monitor and report any incidents or accidents involving company vehicles.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a professional driver, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
- Valid driver's license for the type of vehicle you will be operating.
- Good knowledge of traffic rules and regulations in East Java.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with route planning software such as Google Maps or Waze.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
