📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of store facilities, including cleaning, landscaping, and equipment upkeep.
• Manage and mentor a team of facility staff, ensuring high standards of performance and customer satisfaction.
• Implement and enforce sustainable practices to minimize environmental impact, such as waste reduction, energy efficiency, and water conservation.
• Coordinate with other departments to address facility-related issues and ensure seamless store operations.
• Monitor and maintain store equipment and technology, such as lighting, HVAC systems, and point-of-sale terminals.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential hazards.
• Develop and implement facility improvement projects to enhance the store’s functionality and aesthetics.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to source and deliver high-quality facility supplies and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, with a strong understanding of sustainable practices and environmental regulations.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of facility staff.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, customers, and vendors.
• Proficiency in using facility management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar tools.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to operate and maintain store vehicles.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
