Field & Quality Control Assistant

Acorn Marketing & Research Consultants is seeking a Field & Quality Control Assistant to join our dynamic team in Bali. This role is crucial in ensuring the success of our market research projects, with a focus on respondent recruitment, data collection, and quality control. Based in the vibrant regions of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, you will be at the forefront of our operations, working closely with our team to deliver high-quality research outcomes.

As a Field & Quality Control Assistant, you will be responsible for conducting face-to-face interviews, administering surveys, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data collected. You will work with various tools and software, including SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, and Excel, to manage and analyze data efficiently. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to meaningful research projects that impact local and international markets.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct face-to-face interviews and administer surveys to respondents.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data collected through various research methods.
• Use tools like SurveyMonkey and Qualtrics to manage and analyze survey data.
• Collaborate with the research team to ensure high-quality data collection and analysis.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues to maintain the integrity of research findings.
• Prepare and present reports and findings to stakeholders.
• Assist in the planning and execution of market research projects.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with respondents and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in market research, fieldwork, or quality control.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, and Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with research methodologies and data analysis techniques.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
