📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee all financial activities and ensure the financial health and compliance of the company.
  • Develop and implement financial plans and policies.
  • Manage the budgeting and forecasting process.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Manage cash flow and liquidity.
  • Oversee the accounting department and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Finance Manager role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting, management accounting, and financial reporting.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing financial strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using financial software and tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
