📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Create and maintain technical documentation for shipping solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineers and developers to ensure accuracy and clarity of technical content.
  • Review and edit technical documents to ensure consistency and readability.
  • Develop and maintain style guides and templates for technical writing.
  • Assist in the creation of user manuals, quick reference guides, and other technical materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.
  • Provide technical writing support to marketing and sales teams.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of technical writing processes.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the shipping or maritime industry.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.
  • Proficient in technical writing tools and software, such as Microsoft Office, Adobe FrameMaker, or MadCap Flare.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for clear and concise communication.
