📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of tellers to ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.,Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Handle customer inquiries, transactions, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.,Monitor and report on branch performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.,Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and customer interactions.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of banking services.,Participate in branch meetings and contribute to the development of branch strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
