Senior Design Engineer (Civil & Structural) - Transport Infrastructure

REDOT ENGINEERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Design Engineer to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of transport infrastructure projects, contributing to the development and improvement of critical infrastructure in the region.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and engineering aspects of various projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including architects, project managers, and other engineers, to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Leading the design and engineering of transport infrastructure projects, including bridges, roads, and public transportation systems.
• Ensuring all designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Conducting feasibility studies and preparing detailed design documents.
• Overseeing the construction process and providing technical support to ensure quality and compliance.
• Collaborating with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
• Managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Mentoring and guiding junior engineers, and promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in civil and structural engineering.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in civil and structural engineering, with a focus on transport infrastructure.
• Proven track record of successfully completing complex engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Proficiency in using engineering software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and ETABS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
