📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound and inbound telemarketing calls to generate leads and maintain customer relationships.,Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and support.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions.,Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive sales growth.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in telemarketing.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to share knowledge and learn from colleagues.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in telemarketing or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
