Sherman Mineral Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Support Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting our business operations and ensuring smooth communication between our Indonesian and Chinese teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent Mandarin language skills and a strong understanding of business practices.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in coordinating business meetings and events between Indonesian and Chinese teams.,Prepare and translate business documents, reports, and presentations.,Support the business development team in maintaining client relationships.,Assist in organizing and managing business travel arrangements.,Provide administrative support to the business operations team.,Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping of business transactions.,Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed.,Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all business interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Fluent in both Indonesian and Mandarin languages.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a business support or administrative role.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong cultural awareness and understanding of business etiquette in both Indonesian and Chinese contexts.
