📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Providing excellent customer service to shoppers and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
  • Operating the cash register accurately and efficiently, processing transactions quickly and correctly.
  • Handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assisting customers with product inquiries, returns, and exchanges, following the store's policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized cashier area, including the cash register, drawer, and surrounding workspace.
  • Following all store policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
  • Working as part of a team to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
  • Keeping up-to-date with changes in products, promotions, and store policies.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on business or retail studies is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures.
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.
  • Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken, is required.
