📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of daily operations to ensure smooth workflow.,Monitor and report on operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Support the operations manager in implementing new processes and procedures.,Manage and maintain operational documentation and records.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies and initiatives.,Provide operational support during peak periods and special projects.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the operations field.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
