📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.,Coordinate with sales teams to meet and exceed sales targets.,Train and mentor store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.,Participate in store promotions and events to drive sales and customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and tools.,Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.,Familiarity with inventory management systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
