📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain office facilities, ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable workspace.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office supplies, maintenance, and other related services.,Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing office supplies inventory.,Support the HR team by assisting with employee onboarding, offboarding, and other administrative tasks.,Organize and facilitate office events, team-building activities, and other social gatherings.,Maintain and update office documentation and records.,Assist in the implementation of health and safety protocols within the office.,Provide general support to the management team to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in any field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a General Affairs or administrative role.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment, combining office and remote work.
