📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental staffing needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align recruitment efforts accordingly.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify the most suitable candidates.,Maintain and update job postings on various platforms to attract a diverse pool of applicants.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment journey.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proactive and results-driven attitude.
