📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers upon arrival and departure.,Take and relay food and beverage orders accurately.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area.,Ensure high standards of food and beverage presentation.,Handle cash transactions and provide change efficiently.,Address customer complaints or concerns professionally.,Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.,Follow all health and safety protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Familiarity with basic computer skills is a plus.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment (office and field).,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
