Base Silver Indonesia is looking for a Lead Admin Cashier to join our team in Majalengka, Jawa Barat. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise cashier operations to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.,Oversee the daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations.,Train and mentor junior cashiers and administrative staff.,Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to financial transactions.,Prepare and present regular financial reports to the management.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in cashiering and administrative roles.,Strong knowledge of financial transactions and accounting principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using office software such as Excel and Word.,Leadership and team management skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
