📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance operations of our manufacturing and logistics facilities, ensuring minimal downtime and maximal productivity.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage the maintenance budget and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Supervise and mentor maintenance personnel, providing training and development opportunities.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that maintenance activities align with operational goals.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, with a strong background in manufacturing and logistics.
• Certification in maintenance management (e.g., Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP)) is a plus.
• Proven track record of successfully managing maintenance operations and improving efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance software and tools (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, or similar).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards relevant to manufacturing and logistics.
