📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee drinks with precision and creativity.,Maintain and operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.,Ensure the coffee shop is clean and well-stocked with supplies.,Train and mentor new baristas on coffee-making techniques and customer service.,Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies.,Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.,Stay updated on the latest coffee trends and techniques.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the coffee shop's overall success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.,Proven ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Passionate about coffee and committed to providing the best possible experience to customers.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 lbs.
