ORACLE Indonesia is looking for a dedicated and experienced Outlet Manager to oversee the operations of our remote outlet in Canggu, Bali. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth running of our business and providing excellent customer service.

As an Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a clean and organized outlet at all times.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and reordering as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the company.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
