📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and control production schedules, budgets, and resources to meet production targets.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address production issues and implement corrective actions.,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes.,Train and mentor junior staff on production techniques and quality standards.,Report production progress, issues, and recommendations to senior management.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the production environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and control systems.,Proficient in using production management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with quality management systems and standards.
