📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by providing product information and answering customer inquiries.,Manage and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.,Support the sales team in achieving targets and quotas.,Assist in the organization and execution of sales events and promotions.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.,Keep up-to-date with market trends and industry news to provide valuable insights to the sales team.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and other related documents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Familiarity with sales software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.
