📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.,Processing customer orders and transactions accurately and efficiently.,Providing product information and recommendations to customers.,Maintaining a clean and organized sales counter area.,Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment.,Handling customer complaints and resolving issues to the best of your ability.,Promoting our products and services to increase sales.,Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices.,Familiarity with inventory management and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in sales or customer service are a plus.
