📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs, workshops, and other learning initiatives to support employee development.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and align learning initiatives with business goals.,Create and deliver engaging and effective training materials, including e-learning modules, presentations, and instructional guides.,Conduct needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives to ensure they meet the desired outcomes.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously improve the learning experience.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth and development.,Monitor and analyze learning data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to enhance the learning experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on training and development.,Strong knowledge of learning theories, instructional design, and adult learning principles.,Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant training tools.
