Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets,Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Develop and maintain customer relationships to ensure long-term business growth,Provide technical support and advice to clients on OCTG and electrical solutions,Participate in marketing and business development activities to promote our products and services,Analyze market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities,Manage and mentor a team of sales engineers to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction,Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sales, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales engineering, preferably in the energy sector,Strong technical knowledge of OCTG and electrical solutions,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth,Excellent communication and negotiation skills,Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment,Strong leadership and team management skills,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
