📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide on-site and remote technical support for AFM and Optical Metrology Systems.
  • Install, configure, and maintain AFM and Optical Metrology Systems.
  • Conduct system performance tests and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and implement application solutions for customer-specific requirements.
  • Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of our systems.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AFM and Optical Metrology Systems.
  • Document technical procedures and maintain a knowledge base for future reference.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in AFM or Optical Metrology Systems.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of AFM and Optical Metrology Systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, MATLAB, or LabVIEW is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required.
