📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Support the manufacturing team in implementing and maintaining efficient production processes.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve product quality and reduce defects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Provide technical support and training to production staff.
  • Participate in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma projects.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new manufacturing technologies and equipment.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing software and tools such as SAP, MES, or similar systems.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Fluency in English is required; local language proficiency is a plus.
