📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to staff and community members,Create and update educational materials, including manuals, handouts, and digital resources,Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs,Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure that training programs align with best practices,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to staff members,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in healthcare education and training,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the organization's educational strategy

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Health Sciences, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare education and training,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture,Familiarity with basic healthcare concepts and practices,Valid teaching certification or equivalent experience,Ability to travel as needed for training and educational activities
