As an Acquisition Account Manager at The Branding People, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic account management and digital marketing campaigns. You will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored strategies to achieve their goals. Using tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and HubSpot, you will manage and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and grow client accounts through strategic planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns using tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and HubSpot.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Provide regular reports and insights to clients to demonstrate the impact of marketing efforts.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing strategies.
• Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the agency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, account management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client accounts.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and HubSpot.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
