📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver leadership training programs that align with organizational goals and objectives.
• Assess leadership capabilities and provide personalized coaching and mentoring to senior leaders.
• Collaborate with C-suite executives to design and implement leadership initiatives that drive organizational performance.
• Utilize tools like 360-degree feedback, leadership assessments, and competency models to measure and improve leadership effectiveness.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in leadership development to continuously enhance our programs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure the success of our leadership initiatives.
• Conduct workshops and seminars to educate and inspire leaders on key leadership principles and practices.
• Evaluate the impact of leadership programs and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership development, coaching, or consulting.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing successful leadership programs.
• Certification in leadership development or a related field is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with senior leaders and executives.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and leadership development software such as TalentLMS or Cornerstone.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment is highly desirable.
