📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales performance.
• Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with regional directors and other stakeholders to implement operational strategies.
• Ensure all stores meet health and safety standards and regulations.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
• Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple retail outlets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with retail management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Understanding of retail industry trends and best practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Certification in retail management or a related field is a plus.
