📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee the import/export processes in the bonded zone, ensuring compliance with all customs regulations and procedures.
• Coordinate with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth and efficient clearance of goods.
• Monitor and track the movement of goods within the bonded zone, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
• Leverage your knowledge of customs compliance to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the integrity and security of our supply chain.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on customs compliance and logistics procedures.
• Stay updated with the latest customs regulations and industry trends, applying this knowledge to optimize our operations.
• Collaborate with the logistics and procurement teams to ensure seamless integration of customs compliance into our overall supply chain strategy.
• Report on the status of import/export processes, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in customs compliance, with a focus on bonded zone operations.
• In-depth knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations, including the Import Export Control System (SIMPED) and other relevant laws.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with logistics software and systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Certification in customs compliance or related fields is a plus.
