📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement production planning strategies to meet customer demand and ensure on-time delivery.
• Optimize inventory levels using advanced forecasting techniques and data analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline production processes and improve efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Leverage SAP and Oracle systems to manage and track inventory, production schedules, and supply chain metrics.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to supply chain management.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the fulfillment planning team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the supply chain or logistics industry.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective production planning strategies.
• Strong proficiency in SAP and Oracle systems, with a good understanding of other industry-standard software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
