📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct detailed land surveys using AutoCAD and Total Stations.
• Prepare comprehensive development plans for poultry farms.
• Manage and coordinate with local authorities to obtain necessary permits.
• Ensure compliance with local zoning laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with the project team to identify and secure suitable land for development.
• Provide technical support and advice on land development projects.
• Maintain accurate records of all survey and development activities.
• Participate in site inspections and provide recommendations for improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in land surveying and development.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Total Station surveying equipment.
• Strong knowledge of local zoning laws and regulations in Bali.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with GIS software is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
