📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the investigative processes, including case management, evidence collection, and reporting.,Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, and maintain the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.,Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders to resolve disputes and maintain the safety of our platform.,Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our investigative processes.,Provide training and support to investigative staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.,Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and patterns, and use this information to inform decision-making and improve our investigative processes.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all investigative activities, and ensure that these records are accessible and secure.,Collaborate with other teams within Airbnb, such as Trust & Safety and Legal, to ensure that our investigative processes align with our overall safety and security strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as law, criminal justice, or a related discipline.,A minimum of 5 years of experience in investigations, law enforcement, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions in complex situations.,Experience in project management and the ability to develop and implement policies and procedures.,Familiarity with investigative tools and technologies, such as case management software and data analysis tools.,A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
